Football: Tonight Sweden won against San Marino with 5-0. After the first half the score was 0-0 but after only seven minutes of the second half, Sweden made 1-0 though a longshot from Kim Källström. After this, the somewhat nervous Swedish team played better. Six minutes after the first goal, Christian Wilhelmsson made 2-0 with a nice volley.

Help from Denmark

Another good sign from a Swedish perspective is that Denmark beat Norway today. This means that Sweden has a rather good chance of reaching the position as "best second" of all groups and thereby be automatically qualified to the Euro 2012.

Sweden's next match is away against Finland 7 October and after that home against Holland 11 October.
