Today it became known that the Chinese auto maker Youngman has submitted a new bid for Saab Automobile's bankruptcy estate. The bid is worth at least SEK two billion.

In addition, the company wants to invest twelve billion on developing new models. The Phoenix platform is only half completed and it can take up to two years before the first new 9-3 model is ready to be launched.

They also promise to keep both the research and the plant in Trollhättan, western Sweden, for at least five years.
